Founding Minister & Director
I am an ordained minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and have been in ministry for about 30+ years. I have a vision for the hurting and hopeless and for those suffering from addiction as well as for their families. This ministry was formed in hopes that we can be the hands and feet of Jesus.
I graduated from Calvary Theological Seminary in 1995 with a BA. I am certified in Biblical Counseling.
I know from experience, that because Jesus Christ lives, hope can be found, and lives can be changed. I, myself, was once one of the ladies who was lost and confused, on drugs, and headed straight for hell. My husband, Doug, led me to the Lord, which changed my life forever.
For seven years of my ministry, I worked in a faith-based residential recovery program as, a pastor, intake coordinator, education coordinator, program coordinator, and eventually Director. During that time I have seen lives be transformed and changed forever. People you would think are hopeless will come to life when given an opportunity and support. God has a plan for me and for you. His plan for me is to give the ladies with life controling issues, hope and the opportunity to change their lives forever through Christ. He gave me that vision several years agoe and He is now bringing it to completion.

God has blessed us with a wonderful team.
The Lord knew I couldn't do everything in this ministry, and that I needed help. So "He" put together ladies that are like minded, loving, kind and that would like to make a difference in the world. Ladies that love others and have a same vision for this ministry as I do. God is asking His children to wake up from slumber and to prepare for war. Not physical war but Spiritual war. IHHM is fighting for those souls that are lost and dying. God is building an army and we are blessed to part of that army!

Soraya! She is the friendly voice you'll most likely hear when you call our ministry line. Soraya will provide you with information about our ministry, guide you on what you need to be accepted into our home, and is always ready to pray with you and offer direction.
I love being a part of In His Hands Ministries because of how this program changed my life which then began to change my families. I can remember a time where I felt alone with no way out until I met JESUS, wow it’s amazing how He makes me feel so full with no darkness because I’m close to him! Just when I thought my life was over, it was just beginning HELLO, BUT GOD!!!

Introducing Halle. Halle supports the director by handling various tasks and is involved in fundraising, teaching, and counseling activities. Previously, Halle was a state-licensed counselor and is now retired.
First and foremost, I am a child of the most high King. “King Jesus.” I have been a Christian for 63 years. I am honored to work with “In “His” Hands Ministries of Texas.” I believe nothing is by chance, God has given me a heart to work with people who are struggling in life with issues that sometimes seem unbearable… but Jesus. I am the Founder/Executive director of New Creations Counseling Center- retired. I have a BA of Science in Psychology and received my (LCDC) Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor certification in 1994. I am a certified Christian Counselor and value teaching people to live a life led by the will of God. I look forward to this journey.

Meet Cathy. She teaches arts and crafts, promotes fundraising, and enjoys spending time ministering to women. Previously a licensed RN, Cathy is now retired.
I am excited to be a part of " In "His" Hands Ministries of Texas" I could have easily been one of these young ladies but God intervened in my life, He has done many amazing things for me. I believe everyone should have a second chance to make things right and go on to live a good life in the Lord.
I am looking forward to watching the transformation of these ladies with the help, love and encouragement of this ministry.
